What is an ‘Isometric Vacuum Massage’?

Isometric vacuum massage’ is Anna Adamowicz’s original method combining vacuum massage with simultaneous muscle tension – see: anti-cellulite massage and gym in 1. Vacuum massage affects the skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue. During isometric exercises we engage muscles, leading to loss of adipose tissue and increase in muscle mass.

During the massage we use anti-cellulite and firming preparations.

How does it work?

In order to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment we have combined a classic vacuum massage with isometric exercises. Thanks to this muscle mass is built, which is the skeleton for our skin. Exercises allow you to slim and model your silhouette, the buttocks raise, the muscles get more visible, and cellulite is reduced. The procedure is preceded by a short warm-up. During the procedure we use the weights and tapes which the patient exercises during the massage.

Isometric vacuum massage treatment is performed in a series of 10 treatments twice a week. As a preventive measure after the series we recommend 1 treatment every 7-10 days in order to maintain the results gained. The number of treatments and the length of the series is related to the scale of the problem we are dealing with.

Duration of the procedure: 20 – 80 minutes

The first effects are felt immediately after the first treatment: more moisturised skin and a clear lightness of the body resulting from the removal of swellings.
