Laser microdermabrasion is a procedure that removes dead epidermis layer. At the same time, a biostimulation laser beam is emitted during the process, thanks to which the cellular rotation is faster.
How does it work?
During the treatment – thanks to micro-particles of alumina – the calloused epidermis is eliminated. Aluminium micro-particles are fed to the skin surface through the sterile head. When a stream of molecules hits the skin surface, it is immediately sucked back into the device along with the dead cells of the epidermis. At the same time, the diode laser emits infrared radiation, capable of penetrating deeply into the skin. Thanks to the action of the laser, the permeability of the cell membrane is increased and there is a better nutrition, improved work and normalisation of skin cell turnover.
The effects are noticeable immediately after the treatment. However, in order to achieve best results, we recommend a series of 4-6 treatments every 14 days.
The treatment consists of three stages:
Indications:
- hand skin with discolouration
- excessive keratosis of the epidermis
- poorly nourished hand skin
- dry and chapped hand skin
- to refresh the epidermis, e.g. after sunbathing
Contraindications:
- interrupted continuity of the epidermis
- inflammations, viral infections, warts
- bacterial infection, infectious lupus erythematosus
- susceptibility to keloids
- damaged skin continuity
- skin cancer
- lupus
- newly tanned skin
